David Fidanque, on staff since 1982, is the chief spokesperson and press liaison for the ACLU of Oregon. He sets policy and direction for the ACLU of Oregon after consulting with the ACLU of Oregon Board of Directors and National ACLU policy. He also oversees staff and volunteers and all programs, including Litigation, Legislation and Education.
Director of Philanthropy
Gail Anderson joined the staff in 2011 and directs all aspects of our fundraising program including membership, the annual giving campaign, Liberty Dinner, and planned giving opportunities.
Sarah Armstrong joined the staff in 2010 and manages the affliate's outreach efforts including social media, email, events, and special projects like the Mobile Justice smartphone app. She also manages the volunteer program.
Associate Director/Litigation Coordinator
Jann Carson, on staff since 1986, assists the Executive Director in overall administration and management of programs, staffing and volunteers.
Development & Communications Associate
Teresa Domka, on staff since 2006, assists with various aspects of the development program. She also works with staff to coordinate online and print communications.
Mathew dos Santos will join the staff in April 2015. He will lead the litigation and legal advocacy program.
Kimberly McCullough will join the staff in February 2015 and directs ACLU’s advocacy and lobbying efforts before the Oregon Legislature and coordinates ACLU testimony before public bodies on the full range of civil liberties and civil rights issues in Oregon. She is also ACLU’s primary lobbyist on City of Portland matters.
Intake and Outreach Fellow
Claire Stryker works closely with the volunteer Litigation Intake Coordinator and other legal intake volunteers to coordinate the tracking, screening, research, and responses to legal requests and assists in outreach projects.
Stephanie Van Zuiden, on staff since 1999, manages all fiscal transactions, financial reporting and annual audit reviews.
