Our youth justice system should be focused on prevention and rehabilitation rather than punishment and incarceration. This legislative session the ACLU of Oregon is lobbying for an extremely important bill that would reform sentencing guidelines for Oregon's youth. We will provide talking points and post cards for you to tell your legislator why this issue matters to you and why they should support it.
