SB 859 expands tuition equity in Oregon, ensuring that eligible students are charged in-state tuition for graduate programs at public universities
Immigrants still face barriers to professional licensing. SB 854 ensures successful graduates are able to access the professional certification they have earned so they can successfully apply their training and contribute in Oregon.
HB 3201 will ensure that all defendants in Oregon who successfully complete diversion programs will conclude their case without a criminal conviction, removing major unintended consequences for immigrants accused of minor state crimes.
