Despite our strong opposition, the proposal to create a government monitored pharmacy database (SB 355) passed. This issue is not over. There will be further funding consideration during the February 2010 supplemental session.
We encourage you to take a look at the list we have provided showing how legislators voted on SB 355. Whether they voted in opposition of SB 355 or in support, we hope you will continue to (respectfully) share your concerns about this government run pharmacy database. Thank those legislators who opposed SB 355, and encourage those who did not to reconsider their support in February. Click here to find your legislators' contact information.
We will alert you again when its time for further action.
