Summary

The 2026 Oregon Legislative Session begins on Monday, February 2. From now through early March, your ACLU of Oregon team will be relentlessly advocating for policies that defend the basic rights and freedoms and protect the privacy and data of Oregonians, and also hold the government accountable for transparency.

It’s a short session, which means we have six very short weeks to pass important bills and things will be moving FAST. Even though the session has just begun, our bills are already up for hearings and we need your support.

Grab your coffee or tea and join us on Saturday, February 7 to learn about our bills and the ways you can help to ensure that our priority bills become law!

Live Captioning, Spanish translation, and ASL Interpreters will be provided.
