Rian is a criminal defense and civil rights lawyer in Portland. They founded their own firm, Visible Law, to challenge existing power structures by increasing government transparency and demystifying the legal system.
In their prospective new role as an ACLU Board Member, Rian looks forward to helping the ACLU of Oregon strategically defy the anti-democratic laws, policies, and institutions in our community and country.
